Are you over 60 and looking for some invigorating mornings filled with fun, fitness, and fantastic company? Look no further! Join us as we kick off this amazing journey starting on November 15th, 2023.

Every Wednesday, we’ll come together to enjoy the beauty of North Wollongong beach and each other’s company. Our activities will include refreshing swims, either at the beach or the Continental Pool, outdoor adventures, or indoor meetups, all followed by a social coffee where we’ll have the chance to forge new friendships. 

This group is all about embracing the joy of life and staying active, no matter your age. So, grab your swimsuit, put on your walking shoes, and get ready to have some fun! Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to meet like-minded people in our beautiful community.
